RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The product should be returned with all original accessories and packaging received with the order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at cruped348@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a return or refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping charges will be handled according to the reason for the return. For products that are defective, damaged during delivery or incorrectly supplied by Flex Armor, please contact us before sending the product back.
