Return And Refund Policy

| Product condition | New only – The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and any free gifts received with the order. |
| Return window | 5 days from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after 5 days will not be accepted. |
| Return method | By mail / In store – Customers must first contact Flex Armor customer support with their order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Return instructions will be provided after the request is approved. |
| Return shipping fee | Customer pays Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for a ₹80 return shipping charge per approved return request. |
| Return label | Provided after return approval (if applicable). Otherwise, customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment. |
| Restocking fee | No restocking fee. |
| Refund processing time | 2 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or another approved payment method. |
