Return And Refund Policy
At Flex Armor, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include original packaging, accessories, and any free gifts received with the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Orders where the customer selected the wrong model, color, or variant.
- Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings and photography.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another approved method provided by the customer.
Replacement Policy
In cases of:
- Damaged products
- Wrong products received
- Manufacturing defects
Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
